Description
The overall configuration of Lear has reached the domestic leading and international first-class level. The company has introduced more than 30 extrusion production lines at home and abroad, equipped with air quenching, fog quenching and water quenching equipment, extruder discharge tables, cooling tables and other advanced equipment. It can produce profiles with different sections between 6mm and 550mm, and has realized the extrusion technology of one mould with more profiles, greatly improving productivity and quality. The whole extrusion line adopts intelligent control: from aluminum billet heating, extrusion, on-line quenching, interrupt sawing, cooling, stretching and straightening, to fixed-length sawing and packing, all automatically completed - realizing scalable, intelligent and quality-optimized production.
