Founded in 2002, Hebei Lear Aluminum Co., Ltd keeps optimizing its manufacturing system to satisfy rising overseas demand for aluminum and uPVC building profiles. At present, we operate 31 advanced aluminum profile extrusion lines and 50 UPVC profile extrusion lines, reaching an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
Our product portfolio covers aluminum door & window profiles, aluminum formwork, industrial aluminum profiles, UPVC casement & sliding profiles as well as PVC foam blind profiles. In‑house R&D team supports ODM & OEM custom requirements on section design, surface finishing and color options.
We strictly implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and GB/T 45001 management systems across raw material inspection, extrusion processing and finished‑product testing. All goods are subject to multi‑stage quality checks before shipment. With reliable lead time and flexible bulk supply solutions, our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, India and the United States.
