We successfully delivered customized aluminum formwork plus auxiliary industrial aluminum profiles for a large commercial building project in the Middle East market. The customer needed high‑strength, reusable aluminum formwork components to speed up on‑site concrete pouring construction, together with matching aluminum structural accessories.
Our technical team optimized alloy formula based on local construction standards. We adopted 6061‑T6 aluminum alloy material and carried out precise cutting, drilling and surface treatment. Before mass production, we produced pre‑production samples for client confirmation.
The whole order was divided into two batches to match the construction progress. Every container passed final pre‑shipment inspection.
